The Analyst role is the entry point into our professional analytical system. You'll be producing structured research, reports, and forecasts from day one — building a portfolio, not just completing assignments.
Analysts complete weekly analytical assignments within their chosen division using structured reasoning and evidence-based analysis; conduct independent research using credible sources; produce structured reports with an executive summary, findings, and recommendation; and participate in peer review.
Consistency in submission quality and deadlines, clear improvement across assignments, the ability to incorporate feedback effectively, and professional communication in every submission.
